STRATEGIC UNION OF PROFESSIONALS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF NIGERIA – S.U.P.A. is an organization of Nigerian professionals from all disciplines committed to professional excellence, ethical integrity, social cooperation, justice, selfless service and national progress.
SUPA is a forum for professional cooperation, social networking, self-development (through interpersonal and group interactions) and national services through collaboration and individual contributions.
SUPA seeks the professional and ethical development of its members as a core group of highly sophisticated and selfless professionals that contribute significantly to national development. Members of SUPA reflect the values of SUPA individually and collectively towards the improvement of societal values for the advancement of Nigeria.
SUPA is committed to promoting the ideals of excellence, efficiency, integrity and justice in the Nigeria society. The strategies for promoting these ideals include; pro-active consultation, education, collaboration, support for external initiatives, civic enlightenment and persuasive influencing both formally and informally.
The members of SUPA also promote the benefits of efficiency, responsibility, transparency, accountability of leadership, safety, health, civic rights, environmental protection and individual freedom.
The individual skills, ideas and knowledge of its members are some of the ingredients for facilitation of the development of the objectives of SUPA in a participatory and cohesive ambience within the organization.
